Job Summary
Customer-focused professional serving as the primary liaison between customers, sales, operations, and logistics teams. Responsible for order management, issue resolution, relationship building, and cross-functional coordination to ensure an outstanding customer experience while supporting company growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, confirmations, back orders, and shipment follow-up.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product, freight, pricing, delivery, and account issues.
- Process RMAs and maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience in distribution, logistics, or related environments.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
